MC 3.1 issue

We recently upgraded to Mirth Connect 3.1.0.7420 on a V1000 VM. Our Appliance Version is 3.8.4 and our Java version is 1.6.0_45-b06



I am noticing that Javascript transformer steps on a Destination seems to be getting deleted when there are errors in the script.



I apologize if this is a duplicate post but MC 3.1.x seems to delete a transformer step that has an error. The prior versions would disable the channel and leave a transformer step (that had the error) unharmed, so to speak.



This latest version (3.1) seems to delete the "offending" step and disable the channel.



Is there any way to avoid this?
