GRAND PRIZE: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won, consisting of Free Shell Gasoline for One (1) year for the Grand Prize winner. Approximate retail value of Free Shell Gasoline for one (1) person for one (1) year is $2,250.00 (USD). The Grand Prize will be rounded up to the next fifty dollars and be awarded in the form of fifty (50) $50.00 (USD) Shell Gift Cards which may be used for the purchase of gasoline at Shell gas stations.
REWARDS: There are one thousand three hundred and forty four (1,344) Rewards, one hundred and sixty eight (168) per Reward Period (see Rule 6), each consisting of a rollback (“Rollback”) of $0.60/gallon up to 20 gallons, to the winners Fuel Rewards NetworkTM account for one (1) time usage. The approximate retail value of one (1) Reward is up to $12.00 (USD) based on use for a 20 gallon fill up. The maximum Reward value is calculated based on an average gas price of $3.472/gallon according to the AAA Daily Fuel Gage Report on August 18, 2014. The actual total value of one (1) Reward is dependent upon the current price of gasoline at the time of the fill-up and the number of gallons filled at a time. In order to redeem the Reward, the Reward winner must insert their Fuel Rewards Network™ card at the Shell fuel station pump or present their Fuel Rewards Network ™ card to the Shell fuel station cashier prior to filling their vehicle with fuel. Once the Fuel Rewards Network ™ card is inserted into the pump or presented to the cashier, the price per gallon will be decreased by $0.60/gallon.
REWARD PERIODS: The Promotion Period is broken up into eight (8) periods (herein referred to individually as “Reward Period” and collectively as “Reward Periods”) and are as follows:
