create segment after

I think I need to use the createsegmentafter function to add an OBX line after the OBR line. How would I go about doing that? I need to create an new OBX line and in OBX 5.1 I need the value from OBR 18.2, tab over, value from OBR 4.2, tab over, then todays date.
