Mirth Administrator unable to launch

Specs:

Microsoft server 2008

64 bit

Mirth Connect V.3.1.07420

Derby Database (soon to be MySQL)

Java 8.1

Mirth Connect Service IS running



Problem:

I can't get the administrator to launch.



Tried:

Restarting Mirth Connect service

Want to try re-installing, but I would need to export the connections first. Which i can't do because i can't log in to Admin

Searched for webstart.jnlp, couldn't find in mirth files

Looked at bypassing the check, but version (everywhere i checked anyway, couldn't find "class" in a mirth folder search) was already set to 0.0.0
