Filter on field in repeating segments

Using a rule builder it's nice and easy to filter on a field - say OBR 25.1 for example.



If OBR repeats however, the filter seems to evaluate only the first segment. Is that right?

Is there any way to get it to evaluate OBR 25.1 in all segments, so that if either fails validation, it filters?
