Generate new DICOM UIDs within Mirth

Are there any utilities within Mirth to generate new DICOM UIDs dynamically? I am trying to build a tool to automatically de-identify DICOM studies. The source would be a DICOM listener that could receive studies from our PACS. I have logic to replace PHI to de-identify the study but then I want to generate new StudyinstanceUIDs, SeriesInstanceUIDs, and SOPInstanceUIDs for all images so I can store the de-identified study back to the PACS as another copy without overwriting the original study.



Is this possible? I thought there might be some utilities within the dcm4che toolkit that could be used.
