Our collaborator is trying to send us HL7 messages to our MIRTH Connect however he gets the "FAILURE: Timeout waiting for ACK" error (I guess our MIRTH Connect hasn't replied the ACK). I sent to him our IP and the port where our source HTTP Listerner is defined: 9091.
How could I do to fix this error?
