Mirth 3.1.0, "Provide usage statistics" option not working

Hi,



It seems that even if the option "Provide usage statistics" is set to "No" (Server Settings, General section), the usage statistics are sent anyway...



Is it a bug or the new way Mirth deals with usage statistics ?
