Deploy channels Mirth code

I have some channels in Mirth, which sometimes does not process the messages, getting these on the queued list. The only way to "free" them is to deploy the channels with human intervention. Is there any possibility to do by code, or have a channel to do this service every x time.

My version is 1.8.
