I have a vertical cast iron pipe in my basement that is 7 foot away from where my new bathroom and toilet will be. How do I get a safe angle without going through the middle of my basement--do I need to cut the cast iron pipe shorter and use pvc? Help I'm confused as to how this all works. Thank you!
