I have unpaid cc and bank overdraft going back 3 years which I ammased when unemployed. I live abroad. Now I must return to the UK for a fortnight visit and am worried there might be an arrest warrant out for me. How can I find out please as I have no means to pay off the debt as yet and only just now started a new job. I have not contacted the bank or cc company in fear that I might be arrested upon return to the UK.
