Cannot Delete Channel

Running 2.2.1.5861 on Server 2003



First, having an issue where no connections are showing in the dashboard. Channels are all still there in the Channels tab. I tried to create a new Channel and deploy that after reading other threads. It didn't deploy. After that failed, I tried to delete that test channel. It won't delete and i got this error -

I am not in charge of the servers or firewalls or anything like that. All I can really do is create and manage connections within Mirth.
