For the last few months, I have had moderate to severe pain along insides of both feet, that travels up to top of feet. It has dramatically limited my ability to do any kind of fitness walking or exercise. It is starting to become debilitating. What could be the source of this pain? Should I start with a regular physician or just go to a podiatrist? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
