Convert a hl7 message to a PDF then ebbed the link in the obx segment

Hello,

I have been looking for months for a solution to my problem.

I have reports in a HL7 format. The vendor I need to send to will only accept the hl7 message if the body or the report is in the form of a PDF link.



So they want me to turn a HL7 message into an Hl7 Message with only a file location link in the report section.



Alternatively I could generate a PDF with an IDX index file.



Help with either of these problems would be welcomed with my full appreciation.
