Two (2) tickets to Super Bowl 50 scheduled to be held on February 7, 2016 in Santa Clara, California (the “Football Game”), hotel accommodations for four (4) nights (single room with double occupancy at a hotel selected by Sponsor), round-trip coach class air transportation and $500 (awarded as a check). (Grand Prize Winner and travel guest are subject to and must comply with all applicable Football Game venue and ticket, air travel and hotel rules, restrictions and terms and failure to comply may result in a forfeiture of any unused portion of the Grand Prize. Football Game seating is determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
