Unable to Login. Error while login in

I am Using Mirth 3.0.3 and suddenly i am not able to login in and gets the below error. Also the size of the folder (seg0) which is in [C:\Program Files\Mirth Connect\appdata\mirthdb\seg0] is 160 GB. I dont know from where the size got increased. I havent used the application from past 7 days as i was busy with other work. Today i checked and got the below error.
