FileWritter with cp850

Hi,



in my case I use python 3 for make a XML , the segment with the data is created using CP850, after I make an XML with this data.





Finally, I write the XML content using FileWritter.



The problem is that I don't know wich is the correct form to write the XML file in CP850.



Must I use other CP? which CP should I use?

Filetype: Binary or ASCII?
