I thought the error alert message was going to be fixed in 3.1 back to what it was in 2.X where the alert notification message would give the detail about the error of the transaction?? Did I misunderstand that?
For example, instead of it saying:
Response Validation (TCP Sender) error
ERROR MESSAGE: NACK sent from receiver.
Response Validation
No exception message.
It would say:
Response Validation (TCP Sender) error
ERROR MESSAGE: NACK sent from receiver.
NACK sent from receiver: MSH|^~\&|NextGen Rosetta|NextGen Clinic|Billing System|Billing System|20141021081529216||ACK|1332797262|P|2.3
MSA|AE|20141021081501114714||||^Failed to create encounter: Nextgen Referring Provider ID is not in cross-reference table for external id = 802

What code do I need to put in my Alert Template to get that information?
