This question is related to my old post here. My situation has changed now, and I am need of some help tweaking the example channel Narupley supplied me.
My situation is that I can receive two ORM messages with 'NW' in ORC 1.1, but both have the same accession number. The 2nd message is just and 'update' from the first message, usually because the exam needs to be modified from a CHEST 2V to a CHEST 1V for example. My RIS is not sending over a CA message for the first order and I'm needing Mirth to generate one based on the first message so that our Modality Worklist doesn't contain two entries with the same accession number.
The method of sending an 'XO' on the 2nd message to our worklist doesn't do the trick any longer and I need for it to get a 'CA' in ORC 1.1 based on the first message that has the 'same' accession number.
Is this possible?
