Extra blank segments are being added in HL7 message

I successfully converted xml data to an hl7 message.



My template is exactly what I need for the program that is accepting the message.



What I'm finding is the outputted message from the transformer is for some reason adding extra segments that are blank?



Did I make a setting wrong in my channel or what would cause that?



Also It's coming as one long string in the message, and not starting a new line for each message type..i.e.

MSH

PID

PV1 etc etc...



Any help would be appreciated. Mirth Version 3.1.1.7461
