Creating CDA using MDHT libraries

mardi 13 janvier 2015

Hi,

Has anyone had success using the MDHT java libraries to generate a CCD/CDA within Mirth itself?

I have successfully imported the JAR's into the custom-lib folder of Mirth and I am able to use a transformer step, and some sample code I found, and was able to get it to Validate, but I am not sure how to actually see what is it doing.

I don't know what variable to put in the destination template to actual see what the code is producing. I tried writing out the file itself using the CDAUTIL.save function, but I can't seem to get that to work either.

I tried using channelMap.put('CCDAObject', ccdDocument ); and then using

${CCDAObject} in my destination template, but when I look at the Mappings tab of the channel, it displalys CCDAObject and maps it to something I wasn't expecting: org.openhealthtools.mdht.uml.cda.ccd.impl.Continui tyOfCareDocumentImpl@a5798e (nullFlavor: <unset>, classCode: <unset>, moodCode: <unset>)

I have attached my channel if anyone wants to look at it or has any tips. I am really stuck.
