Plantar Fibromatosis

I have large plantar fibromatosis in both feet (12cm long x 7cm wide). I have recently been experiencing shooting pains and significant cramp in my feet particularly first thing in the morning and when exercising. It has started to impact on my everyday life. I am being told there is nothing that cabin be done. However having grown from pin head size to the current size I am concerned by the long term health of my feet if nothing can be done
