Ingrown Toenail Surgery Question

Hi,



I had ingrown toenail surgery done two weeks ago and although the side of the nail has healed and pain is mostly gone, there's a hole in my nail bed and it's dark/black in color on the bottom, surrounded by yellow skin that is painful.



There's also black "flecks"/spots along the inner side of the portion of the nail that was cut off, which makes me think it's perhaps from a chemical he administered?



I don't have insurance which is why I'm asking on here before I would go back to the Urgent Care I had it done at.
