Bone scan results translation ?

I am 30 years old and have had a subtalar joint fusion from degeneration (no trauma) approx 3 years ago, still have chronic pain in both feet.



I just received results for my bone scan , can you please help with a easy to read translation ? and what treatments you would recommend in my case if any.
