got my ct scan results yesterday which showed a subtle fracture to intermediate cuneiform not displaced and chronic stress reaction was noted...the nhs doc i saw yesterday said i would have to see a specalist as he wasnt sure what treatment would be required as he didnt see this much!! i think this was caused when i dropped a hoover on my foot in january symptoms have come on gradually until i had painful walking & pain on tiptoes also now my 2nd toe wont bend at the joint? doctors are not being helpful, he said this could be classed as a linsfranc injury? so now i dont know if it is or it isnt? will i need surgery i have had foot pain since january and have had a removable cast since feb really am confused isnt much on the internet regarding a intermediate cuneiform fracture iwould be so grateful for some advice, i am now waiting again for another appointment!!
