Simplest way to use JSON in Mirth 2.1.1

Hi



I need to extract a JSON message in Mirth 2.1.1 (right now, an upgrade isn't an option, but this is a path we're looking down)



I don't need to do anything fancy with it, I just need to extract a JSON object (or objects) into XML.



Is there an easy-ish way for me to go about this, without upgrading to a later version of Mirth (I believe Mirth 3 includes Jackson/JSON)
