A recipient has recently begun sending NACKs back when they can't make a patient match on their end. My instance of Mirth Connect interprets this as an error and sends me an email, which I don't want. I am delivering based on ordering provider, so I don't care that they can't make a demographics match.
Is there a way to ignore specific NACKs so they don't generate an error email, but still send error emails for things like connectivity problems? Should I just check "Ignore ACK" or "Send Response To" and filter ACKs?
