I'm going to give you guys what I would get if I eat the same diet at all for the days of the week that I eat over the course of the week divided by 7 days to give you guys what it actually comes out to on a day-to-day basis in terms of what I get for calories and I'm also going to show you guys what I actually get in terms of protein grams T Level Boost per bar to my body weight spread out over the course of the week I have two big reasons for doing this video and doing this analysis the first big reason it for me personally and the second ones for everybody else out there the reason for me doing it personally for myself it so that I can get a stranglehold out exactly what it is that I median on the days that I E because honestly I don't count calories fat grams car grounds fiber protein any of that stuff up talked about thousand other videos I E when I'm hungry and irony when I'm not hungry I go completely by how I feel so by giving you guys end up to now says my diet I'm hoping to alleviate any doubts that anybody has out there pass the fact that I know exactly what the without counting a damn thing I know that a lot of my viewers are very overweight you guys have a lot of weight to lose and for you it might benefit you actually count calories fat grams crabs fiber protein et ceterabecause you most likely have no idea what you actually eating on a day-to-day basis but this is what's great about the imminent passing that I doing that I recommend everybody when you do in a row and Basso inconsistently over an extended period of time like me doing a 36-hour fast every three days over the course of couple months you get incredibly in tune with your body and eventually you get tithe point.
