Dynamic Filename - Strip Characters

In Destinations -> File Writer, the file name variable is ${originalFilename}. Is there a way I can strip off a number of leading characters?



For example:

From: enc.uut_idvf_20150113_0062508_assoc.txt

To: assoc.txt
