New to site...Early October I injured my foot embarrassly at work rolling a wheelchsir over it..with a person in the wheelchair. Appproximately 250lbs. I continued to work until end of October. I saw a doctor eho was treating me gor a stress fracture. I spentt 4 weeks in CAM boot. With little improvement. A MRI last week showed edema around 4th 5th metatsrsal but no frank fracture. and tendonosis at perneal brevis insertion site. Does anyone know how this is treated? Can the swelling around 4th and 5th be signs of stress fracture? I met with my focyor in few days but wanted to research a little before hand. Thanks in advance
