FileRead Errors

Using a FileReader as the source. The messages are being read in and processed fine. But when the Channel attempts to MOVE or COPY the file the "archive" directory specified I get the following exception:

This has just started happening. No changes to the channel have been made. Problem is that it happens sporadically. I've tried different directories and validated all filienames are unique. Any ideas?!?!
