Removing Paint From Deck

I have been trying to use a chemical stripper and power washer combination on my deck to remove paint but this paint seems to be stubborn. I can cut through some of it but a lot of it seems to be holding on tight.

I have also tried a wire brush. It works but seems to be shredding my deck so I am trying to avoid it.

Does anyone have any suggestions for getting this paint off?
