Coleman evcon condenser motor gets hot and shuts down

I have a coleman evcon model #BRCQ030B A/C unit. Lately it has been getting hot and shutting down. The condenser motor is actually hot to the touch. I was told the condenser motor was bad and replaced it only to have the same thing happen again. What is wrong with it?
