We've got the Mirth vApp running and we're trying to get the LDAP integration going. We've downloaded and installed the plugin and get the relevant tabs in the admin section. However, when we get a successful test and log out, we can no longer log in - even with the local recovery account.
So we use the Bind DN and specify the server and port. Specify the Base DN of where to look for users and then save the config. We log out and then none of the following allow us to log in:
Any ideas what could be wrong here? The accounts don't lock in AD so it's not hitting the directory to authenticate but as it locks us out we can't make any updates to the configs.......we've also watched the developer Q&A from November (I think), and can't see anything obvious.

- Default admin account;
- Local recovery account;
- Any AD account in the specified DN.
