The week when I've made all of my workout commitments that I wanted to make I did all my workout videos that I wanted to do I'm I definitely recognize like while this makes me feel good on a day-to-day basis but really I see it is my investment inky future and if you're somebody who pays for insurance which pretty much we all do right I'm I consider this me you know pay my insurance accept this is free in shirts with in yourself and you know I think bit for somebody and y'all can leave comment if this is something that applies to you but for somebody who has endured chronic pain or just general aches and pains or meet the specific hate Mike the meteor that hit or theback Chris back pain and neck pain thats huge rate think we all had back and neck pain sometimes on but anybody who has experienced significant amount of pain will how you the just about anything on the planet would be better man that he met there in so quite literally every time I do you know better every time I work out every time I eat something healthy instead eating REFUEL EXTREME something junkie ago he know what this is paying you know paying into my insurance fun for my health leader on and for me being able to not experienced pain later on for me tube able to maintain my motion so that when I seventy your eighty years old I can still go run with my dog I can still do yoga I can still stay n for several you know for couple hours ate time without being an excruciating pain on same as it's kind of like I said my you know Debbie downer kind of way of looking at it but when it comes to motivating yourself think it's important to recognize that we have you know we as individuals have a huge amount of control over not only the health of our bodies but the way that we feel and our happiness down.
