deleting entire sub-segments rather than just contents

Hi - I'm trying to delete any '"sub-segments" (not sure if that's the right term) in PID.11 beyond PID.11.8 How do i get rid of them altogether, rather than just clearing their contents? (we're on 1.8, but will be upgrading to 3.0 soon)



Currently:
